What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do.

What We Collect
When you fill out a form on this site — the class-info form on the home page, the booking form on the contact page, or the article notification form on the blog — we collect only what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- The course you are interested in, group size, and preferred date, if you fill those in
- Any message you write to us
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
How We Use It
We use your information for one purpose: to answer you and arrange your training. That means replying to your question, quoting a class, scheduling a date, and following up about a class you asked about or attended.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a booking request — the blog notification form is the only sign-up on this site, and you have to fill it out yourself.
Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Netlify necessarily handles the information you submit as part of that delivery. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads. We use no other third-party service on this site.
How Long We Keep It
Form submissions stay in our Netlify account and in Hilary's email so we have a record of who we trained and when — which matters for certification records. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep a certification record.
Children
Our Safe Sitter® courses are taught to students in grades 4 through 8, but we ask that a parent or guardian handle the booking. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
