American Heart Association (AHA) Courses
All AHA courses are instructor-led and taught by certified AHA Instructors. Certification cards are issued same day and valid for 2 years.
BLS for Healthcare Providers

Safe At Home
Safe Sitter® ProgramSafety Skills for Students Beginning to Stay Home Alone
$25 per student
Safe At Home is a focused 90-minute program for students in grades 4–6 who are beginning to stay home alone. Students learn practical safety skills and how to prevent and respond to household emergencies — building confidence and preparing parents to feel at ease.

- Personal safety and preventing unsafe situations
- Household emergency response
- Injury prevention basics
- Who to call and what to say in an emergency
Who It's For:
Students in grades 4–6 (approximately ages 9–12) who are starting to stay home alone for short periods. An ideal first step before the full babysitting course.
Safe Sitter® Babysitting Course
Safe Sitter® ProgramBabysitting Safety, Child Care Skills & CPR Training for Teens
$75 per student
The Safe Sitter® Babysitting Course has trained millions of students since 1980. This nationally recognized program goes far beyond basic babysitting — students finish the day with real child care skills, first aid training, and the confidence to handle what comes their way. - Safety Skills — preventing and responding to household emergencies
- Child Care Skills — age-appropriate care for infants through school-age children

Child safety recommendations change over time — and grandparents who are primary or frequent caregivers deserve current, evidence-based training. This course bridges the gap between "how we used to do it" and today's best practices, covering updated safety guidelines alongside hands-on first aid and CPR skills.
